Milk chocolate discs with 29.5% cocoa and 22% milk, designed to offer a compact structure and a full and harmonious taste. The cocoa butter content is 32/34%, while the moderate fluidity (2.5/5) ensures good workability in different applications.The taste intensity (3.5/5) is well balanced between sweetness and creamy milk notes, with a round and pleasant profile. It is suitable for making pralines, hollow shapes, bars, fillings, coatings, decorations, mousse and even ice cream.
