Sunflower seed oil 400g
Ground Cinnamon 5g
Martini Gelato Banana Paste 30g
Ripe Bananas 500g

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix for 4 minutes at medium speed.

  2. Transfer the mixture into the plumcake molds.

  3. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 35 minutes (320g mold).
