Method

  1. Place the eggs, water, and oil into a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add FiorFiore Multi-Cake and mix at medium speed for 3-4 minutes, or until a smooth batter is obtained.

  2. Pour the batter into the appropriate molds, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.

  3. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 155-160°C (311-320°F) or in a static oven at 175-180°C (347-356°F) for 35-40 minutes (450g pieces).
