Method

Procedure

  1. In a small pot heat DESSERT AL CIOCCOLATO until a homogeneous mixture is obtained , Pour into glass cups and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for three hours.

  2. Wash and dice the fresh strawberries into small brunoise pieces.

  3. Whip in a stand mixer for 3-4 minutes. DESSERT AL MASCARPONE PER TIRAMISÙ.

  4. Place the diced strawberries on the surface of the already chilled pudding.

  5. Place the wafers (1 per glass) on top.

  6. Using a piping bag with a star nozzle, pipe the whipped mascarpone cream onto the opposite side of the wafer to create "spaghetti."
