Eggs 100g

Method

Crepes

  1. Weight all the ingredients together in a jug and mix well with hand blender.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Pour the mixture in a oiled hot pan and cook until lightly browned on the bottom.

  4. Flip the crepes and continue cooking until done on both side.

Assembling

  1. Fill up the Crepes with your favorite Caravella Cream.

  2. Serve as you like.
