Preparazione

  1. Pour the water and the FruttUP! Raspberry base into a pitcher.

  2. Mix for 2 minutes and churn.

  3. During extraction, ripple with Brunella CROK Sueño.

  4. Place the gelato tray in the blast chiller for 10 minutes at -30°C.
