Method

Dorayaki

  1. Mix all the ingredients together using a hand blender.

  2. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

  3. Filter the mixture through a fine strainer.

  4. Cook it in a frying pan.

Assembling

  1. Fill up the Dorayaki with your favorite Caravella Cream.
