Method

Pistacchio foam

  1. In the microwave warm up 200 grams of cream together with Caravella Gran Pistacchio at 40°C.

  2. Stir well to combine the ingredients and add the second part of cream.

  3. Pout the mix in the sifon.

  4. Add one cream gas charge for sifon and let cool down in fridge for a couple of hours.

Hot Chocolate

  1. Warm up to 60°C cream and combine with Caravella Gran mora

Assembling

  1. Pour in a glass one shot of Espresso coffee.

  2. Pour in top 60 grams of Hot Chocolate.

  3. Top with Pistacchio foam and decorate with roasted kataifi dough and pistacchio grains.
