Method

Gran Mora Sponge Cake

  1. Sift together in a bowl flour and Baking powder.

  2. Combine together in a jug Gran mora, sunflower oil, Philadelphia, milk and espresso coffee.

  3. In the microwave soften the butter then transfer in the planetary machine bowl add sugar and salt then whip it,After a couple of minutes add one by one eggs whip untill they are perfectly combined.

  4. With the mixer on low speed, add a third of the flour mixture followed by half of the liquid mix.

  5. Continue alternating between the flour, and liquid mix until combined. ,Pour the batter into the oiled cake pans.

  6. Pour 250 grams of mix in a oiled 18 Cm baking pan.

  7. Bake at 170°C for 20 Min.

Gran Mora Cream

  1. Heat the cream to around 60°C, then combine it with the Gran Mora.

  2. Add the remaining cold cream and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate overnight before using.

Assembling

  1. Pipe in the middle of every cake sponge the Gran Mora Frosting Cream.

  2. Than Cover the cake with whipping cream Decorate with Gran Mora cream, chocolate custard cream and whipping cream.
