Gran Nocciola 300g
Icing Sugar 200g
Eggs 300g
Water 50g
Cake Flour 300g
Baking Soda 8g

Method

Gran Nocciola Cake

  1. Whip soft butter together with Gran Nocciola and icing sugar for around 2 min.

  2. Add slowly eggs mixed with water.

  3. Gently fold in Cake flour and baking soda,Bake at : 170C° for 20 min

Gran Nocciola Cream

  1. Scale together Mascarpone and Gran Nocciola then whip it

Assembling

  1. Butter the cake molds than cover it with hazelnut grains.

  2. Pour inside the cake mix and bake.

  3. Once the cake is cold decorate with Hazelnut cream and icing sugar.

  4. Decorate the cake only with Caravella Gran Nocciola if you want to keep the cake at room temperature
