Method

  1. Mix the eggs, water, oil, and MIX MUFFIN at medium speed in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment for 3-4 minutes, or until a smooth batter is obtained.

  2. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (356°F) in a static oven or at 160°C (320°F) in a fan-assisted oven.
