Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixer and knead for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.

  2. Divide the dough into three pieces and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out using a sheeter to form baguettes approximately 50 cm in length.

  3. Let rest for 10 minutes, then cut into strips and roll out. Transfer to a perforated tray and let rise for about 30 minutes at 32°C.

  4. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Decorate with FiorFiore Grani Decò.
