Water 150g

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer, excluding the melted butter, and mix for about 10 minutes.

  2. Slowly incorporate the melted butter.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a previously buttered and floured mold.

  4. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 170°C (338°F) for about 25-30 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool, invert the cake, and decorate with powdered sugar.
