Method

Caravella Gran Pistacchio Dough

  1. In a bowl scale Caravella Gran Pistacchio then add water, stir well with a spatula until completely combined.

  2. The final texture will be similar to Marzipan.

  3. Scale 15/20 g of dough, make it flatten and wrap the strawberry.

  4. Dip the strawberry in dark-milk-white compound and decorate as you like.
