Method

  1. Knead all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.

  2. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, then spread it onto a previously oiled tray.

  3. Let it rise for 60 minutes, then top with potatoes on the surface and bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-22 minutes.
