Method

BASE DOUGH

  1. Place the eggs and water into a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add SOFT SPONGE CAKE and mix at the first speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

  2. Whip at maximum speed for approximately 15 minutes.

ROLLE'

  1. Pour to the desired thickness onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  2. Bake in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for 5 minutes.
