Method

  1. Knead all the ingredients for 5 minutes at low speed and another 5 minutes at high speed, or until a homogeneous dough is achieved.

  2. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, uncovered.

  3. Divide the dough and shape it into loaves weighing 400-450 g each, then roll them.

  4. Let the dough rest for another 10-15 minutes, then shape it again.

  5. Proof in a chamber at 30°C (86°F) with 75% humidity for 60 minutes.

  6. Decorate the surface with FiorFiore Grani Decò.

  7. Bake in a static oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40-45 min.
