Strawberry pulp sweetened at 10% 350g
Fresh strawberries 25
Granulated sugar q.b.

Method

  1. In a small pot, meltDESSERT AL GUSTO PANNA COTTA until a homogeneous mixture is obtained,Add 200g of strawberry pulp and mix thoroughly.

  2. Pour the mixture into single-portion molds and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for at least 3 hours.

  3. Cut 15 fresh strawberries into small cubes and add sugar equal to 10% of their weight.

  4. Cut the remaining strawberries in half.

  5. Unmold the panna cotta portions onto a plate and decorate with the strawberry pulp and the small cubes.

  6. If desired, finish with mint leaves and julienned lemon zest.
