Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50g

Method

Pizza Dough

  1. Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for around 10 Min until having a smooth dough.

  2. Bulk fermenting the dough at room temperature for 3 hour.

  3. Divide in pcs of 300 grams and roll in a ball shape.

  4. Transfer in a pizza dough container, let rest for 1 hour and transfer in fridge for 24 hour.

  5. Take out from the fridge 1 hour before making the pizza.

  6. Roll out the pizza giving the classic round shape , poke the dough in the middle and bake.

  7. Bake at 350°C for a couple of minutes,Fill up the pizza with Caravella Gran Pistacchio or other flavors , decorate as you like and serve.
