Method

  1. Cool the product for 12 hours before assembling.

  2. Whip in a stand mixer for a few minutes.

  3. Prepare the mold by covering the bottom with ladyfingers soaked in coffee.

  4. Pour into the molds and layer if desired.

  5. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
