Vegetable Oil 350g
Water 150g

Method

  1. Place the ingredients in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix at medium speed for 4-5 minutes, or until a smooth batter is obtained.

  2. Pour the desired amount into the molds and bake at 170-180°C (338-356°F) for 35-45 minutes, depending on the portion size.
