Gran Master Melange is the new melange line with 26% butter, which imparts excellent organoleptic characteristics both to the product as such and, above all, to the finished product.All combined with high processing performance: excellent plasticity for making laminated pastries and a balanced absorption of air and liquids for the preparation of whipped pastes (creams, whipped shortbreads, doughs) or friability for molded shortbreads.
