Cold cream 400 g
Base Semifreddo 400 g
Pasta Aromatizzante 80 g
Coating (flavor of choice)
as needed.

as needed.

Method

Preparation

  1. Pour the milk, cream, and Semifreddo Base into a chilled stand mixer and blend until smooth.

  2. Whip the mixture in the stand mixer until properly aerated.

  3. Flavor the semifreddo and fill the molds using a piping bag.

  4. Insert the stick and level the surface.

  5. Place in the blast chiller for about 30 minutes at a temperature of -35°C.

  6. Unmold the sticks and glaze with a coating of your choice.

  7. Decorare con Crumble of your choice.
