Toasted hazelnut powder 200g
Eggs 200g
Water 200g
Caravella Gran Nocciola 200g
Butter 200g

Method

  1. Melt the butter with the Caravella Gran Nocciola in the microwave, then pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

  2. Mix at low speed for 1 minute, then transfer the mixture into the previously buttered cake pans, coated with hazelnut granules.

  3. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 170°C (338°F) for 35 minutes (400g cake pan).

  4. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the mold. Decorate with moisture-resistant powdered sugar and dollops of Caravella Gran Nocciola.
