Method

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave, then pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer and mix with the paddle attachment for 1 minute to combine everything.

  2. Pour into a 60 x 40 cm tray with a 3 cm height, level the surface, and sprinkle with nuts and chunks.

  3. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes with the valve closed, then an additional 5 minutes with the valve open.

  4. Let it cool and then cut into rectangles.
